Sanding and chemical cleaning of old weathered teak decks that have become grey, uneven and ridged by incorrect cleaning can transform a tired old deck into something much more respectable. Removal and replacement of old black Sika seams can rejuvenate the deck and is a much less expensive option than total teak replacement.
